Job Description

The Project Manager – EPMO leads cross-functional projects and programs that drive strategic value across the organization. This role partners with business, technology, and operational teams to deliver enterprise initiatives, establish governance cadences, and ensure alignment with organizational objectives. The Project Manager is accountable for program health, risk management, and value realization, leveraging best-in-class project management tools and methodologies.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Lead and support enterprise-wide projects from initiation through delivery, adoption, and value realization.
  • Lead and deliver enterprise-wide programs from initiation through adoption and measurable business impact.
  • Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and timelines; monitor progress to ensure on-time and on-quality delivery.
  • Facilitate project and governance cadences (e.g., VVM, QBR, BODM, VCP) and maintain consistent operating rhythms across teams.
  • Coordinate and communicate regularly with cross-functional stakeholders including Finance, Legal, Compliance, Security, Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering.
  • Manage and support strategic partnerships and joint go-to-market initiatives, ensuring alignment with business priorities.
  • Collaborate with Scrum Masters and development teams to track Agile metrics, monitor release readiness, and integrate customer feedback (VOC/NPS) into planning and execution.
  • Identify, escalate, and help resolve impediments or ownership gaps that block progress, leveraging the broader company network when needed.
  • Facilitate meetings, drive follow-ups, and ensure clear documentation of next steps, responsibilities (RACI), and decisions.
  • Track and report on key performance metrics, linking program health to business value through dashboards and scorecards.
  • Prepare business cases, ROI analyses, and progress reports for leadership review.
  • Apply and continuously improve project and program management standards, governance guardrails, and best practices.
  • Learn and champion emerging technologies—including AI and automation—to enhance governance, delivery, and reporting processes.
  • Ensure predictability, quality, and alignment to strategic outcomes across assigned initiatives.
  • Maintain awareness of Agile project management best practices and promote continuous improvement in delivery processes.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert in work item tracking and project management tools, ensuring accurate and transparent project tracking.
  • Keep stakeholders and the broader organization informed of project status, achievements, and risks to delivery.
  • Support organizational efforts to institutionalize and optimize enterprise governance, portfolio management, and execution discipline.
