Job Description
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, information systems or related field or an equivalent combination of education, training and work experience.
- 5+ years’ experience in Professional Services, Implementation or Customer Success
- Proven success in building and/or scaling a Professional Services function required.
- Experience leading and/or mentoring Professional Service, Implementation and/or Customer success or similar teams.
- Strong understanding of SaaS delivery models, enterprise client onboarding, and change management.
- Experience with mortgage lenders or financial technology solutions is highly desirable.
- Experience with tools like Salesforce, ServiceNow, Click Up, Teamwork or similar platforms.
