What You’ll Do
- Own your market. Build pipeline, develop opportunities, and drive revenue growth for Phillips Connect’s Smart Fleet Solutions.
- Open doors. Prospect new customers, develop relationships, and turn conversations into long-term partnerships.
- Be a trusted advisor. Understand customer challenges and position smart, connected solutions that create measurable value.
- Lead the sale. Run demos, presentations, proposals, and negotiations from first contact through close.
- Collaborate and win together. Partner with marketing, product, and customer success teams to deliver great customer outcomes.
- Stay ahead of the curve. Track industry trends, customer needs, and competitive dynamics to uncover new opportunities.
- A proven B2B seller who knows how to build pipeline and close deals.
- Experience in transportation, logistics, SaaS, IoT, telematics, or connected technologies is a strong plus.
- Someone who’s motivated, accountable, and thrives in a performance-driven culture.
- A natural relationship builder with strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Comfortable working independently, owning outcomes, and moving fast.
- Willing to travel and engage directly with customers and industry partners.
