Job Description

• Develop and execute campaigns to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention across various digital channels. • Work closely with the Director, Acquisition Marketing and the brand teams to develop, manage, and execute marketing campaigns. • Analyze consumer behavior/traffic flows to identify areas for improvement, spot trends and opportunities for growth. • Implement A/B testing and other Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) techniques to enhance campaign results and user experience. • Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics, making performance improvement suggestions.

Job Requirements

4+ years of experience in digital marketing or growth marketing roles.
Proven track record of using segmentation and targeting to achieve meaningful results.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and email marketing software a plus.
Creative and innovated thinker.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Own performance marketing and digital strategy execution end-to-end.
