Job Requirements
- 5+ years professional experience in a talent acquisition, talent management or human resources role, including 3+ years in a direct recruitment role.
- Must have extensive experience direct recruiting (not using agency)
- The ability to simultaneously manage multiple requisitions within similar and different stages of the recruiting process to meet service level agreements.
- Fluency in Workday or similar applicant tracking systems and online sourcing networks is required.
- Strong coaching skills with a proven track record influencing hiring manager
- Proven experience in assessing and selecting exceptional talent for the business.
