Role Description
As a Founding Sales Development Representative at SigIQ.ai, you’ll drive the earliest district partnerships in the U.S. K-12 ecosystem. You’ll introduce EverTutor to superintendents, curriculum leaders, MTSS/intervention teams, and instructional leaders who are focused on accelerating learning and improving capacity.
You’ll own outbound motion and qualification, collaborate closely with product and implementation on pilots, and help districts understand how EverTutor can deliver high-impact tutoring that scales. This is a strategic, consultative sales role with a clear path to Account Executive and, longer term, Head of Sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Own outbound prospecting for K–12 districts, charters, and private institutions from first touch to qualified handoff
- Build relationships with key stakeholders including Superintendents, CAOs, Curriculum Directors, Principals, and Intervention/MTSS Coordinators

Position EverTutor as a high impact, voice-first solution that:
- Differentiates instruction without adding teacher workload
- Aligns to existing curriculum and pacing guides
- Strengthens Tier 1, Tier 2, and Tier 3 intervention
- Scales high-impact tutoring without schedule or staffing changes
- Accelerates students back to grade level with measurable gains and provides enrichment.
- Represent SigIQ.ai at conferences, webinars, and regional events
- Track prospecting health, forecasting, and lead metrics with discipline
- Manage targeted outreach campaigns to drive top-of-funnel activity
- Travel up to 20 percent for conferences or district meetings
Qualifications
- 2+ years in EdTech sales, partnerships, or K–12-facing work
- Familiarity with U.S. public, charter, and private school systems
- Demonstrated record of meeting prospecting and revenue targets
- Bonus: Former educator, coach, or district leader
- Bachelor’s degree

- Communicate clearly and build trust fast across district roles
- Understand how districts operationalize MTSS, intervention, curriculum alignment, and decision-making
- Have experience prospecting or selling into districts (bonus if EdTech or instructional materials)
- Thrive in early-stage environments that reward ownership and experimentation
- Care about outcomes for students and teachers and want to move the needle at scale
- Are excited to join a fast-scaling team that’s thinking long-term
