Job Description
The Manager, Product Management is a key role responsible for driving the success and strategic direction of the HO3 and HO6 product lines within the broader product portfolio. This role partners closely with solution owners and cross‑functional teams to shape, develop, and deliver innovative product solutions that meet customer needs and advance business objectives.
The Manager plays a critical part in understanding what customers want, guiding the organization to build the right products, and enabling the business to effectively position and sell them. Acting as the cross‑functional leader for the assigned products, this role champions the product vision through all stages of development, support, marketing, and distribution. By aligning customer insights with market opportunities and enterprise strategy, the Manager ensures the HO3 and HO6 products remain competitive, compliant, and aligned with evolving business goals.

What will be my duties and responsibilities in this job?
Assess product performance, market trends, competitive insights, customer feedback, and regulatory requirements to guide strategy and ensure compliance.
Evaluate product documentation, release materials, and support resources across all customer segments to ensure clarity, quality, and readiness for market launch.
Monitor solution performance through data analysis and identify opportunities for innovation, improvement, and process optimization.
Lead cross‑functional initiatives from problem identification through prototyping, user stories, QA, release coordination, and fulfillment as products become market ready.
Resolve cross‑team issues impacting product quality or delivery and ensure strong strategic alignment and seamless user experience across the enterprise.
Support product leadership through all stages of the product lifecycle—from idea intake and validation to launch, optimization, and retirement—while helping shape product vision and priorities.
Communicate product strategy based on customer needs and build consensus across stakeholders and teams.
Provide clear direction, set goals, and lead, mentor, and develop a high‑performing team while fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, empowerment, and customer‑centricity.
Coach team members for growth in product management and ensure a healthy, metric-driven team environment aligned with organizational strategy.
What are the requirements needed for this position?
A minimum of 5 years of experience in product analysis and/or product management, including at least 2 years of direct or indirect people leadership within Property & Casualty products.
Strong proficiency with MS Office applications and database tools.
Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively within cross‑functional teams.
Proven adaptability and success in fast‑paced, dynamic global environments.
What other skills/experience would be helpful to have?
Bachelor’s degree preferred in Insurance, Finance, Business Administration, Marketing, Mathematics, or a related field.
Strong relationship‑building skills with the ability to influence both internal and external stakeholders.
Ability to effectively prioritize work and meet tight deadlines with a strong sense of urgency.
Naturally inquisitive, with the ability to proactively seek out information and insights.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
How much should I expect to travel?
Up to 10% of annual travel.

Pay Range:
$103,800.00 - $173,300.00Any posted pay range considers a wide range of compensation factors, including candidate background, experience and work location, while also allowing for salary growth within the position.
