Job Description

• Source and close partnerships with L1/L2 chains, DeFi protocols and applications, structured product platforms, stablecoin neobanks, and agentic payment networks building stablecoins on M0. • Develop a coverage strategy across the on-chain ecosystem, prioritizing partners by expected contribution to M0 network growth and stablecoin distribution. • Own the full commercial lifecycle: initial outreach, structuring, negotiation, and post-launch expansion. • Work with senior leadership to develop and refine M0's application developer go-to-market strategy, including positioning, outreach sequencing, and commercial terms. • Build and maintain a structured pipeline with clear qualification criteria and stage definitions. • Identify chain and protocol-level partnership opportunities that expand the availability and utility of stablecoins built on M0 across the on-chain ecosystem. • Coordinate with legal, product, and engineering to translate commercial commitments into executed agreements and live integrations. • Contribute to scalable BD processes, including CRM hygiene, pipeline reporting, and deal review cadences. • Support the growth of the commercial team by mentoring junior BD professionals and contributing to hiring decisions.

Job Requirements

  • A minimum of five years of experience in business development, partnerships, or product roles at a crypto-native company or on-chain infrastructure firm.
  • Demonstrated track record closing commercial agreements in a technical or infrastructure context.
  • Established network across L1/L2 ecosystems, DeFi protocols, and crypto-native financial applications.
  • Familiarity with stablecoin infrastructure, including the competitive dynamics among issuers, infrastructure providers, and application developers.
  • Willingness to travel.
  • Fluent in English.

Benefits

  • Global team and flexibility: Join a truly global team with the flexibility to work remotely or from one of our hubs in NYC or Berlin.
  • Health and wellness: Comprehensive healthcare insurance coverage as well as a wellbeing allowance and gym membership to support your physical and mental health.
  • Customizable IT setup: Annual IT budget for equipment and tooling.
  • Professional development: Annual learning and development budget of 1,000 EUR, including opportunities to participate in conferences and one M0 Onsite Week per year for team collaboration, workshops, and networking.
