Role Description

As our Implementation Specialist, you will play a critical role in bringing new clients and programs to life at Wellthy. Reporting to the Manager of Implementation, you will lead the onboarding and implementation of new employer clients while also supporting program expansions and enhancements for existing partners.

  • Manage multiple implementations simultaneously in a fast-moving environment.
  • Guide clients through discovery, translating their goals into actionable plans.
  • Ensure a seamless launch experience.
  • Conduct kickoff and ongoing implementation meetings to review milestones and guide clients through discovery and solution design.
  • Serve as the central hub for implementation communication, coordinating closely with various teams.
  • Coordinate technical and operational setup, managing key implementation activities.
  • Anticipate challenges early and collaborate with internal teams to resolve them.
  • Identify opportunities to improve workflows and operational processes.
  • Support internal strategic initiatives to enhance client onboarding and program expansions.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) and 2+ years of Implementation or Client Services experience.
  • Smart, thoughtful, and detail-oriented with a knack for project management.
  • Comfort with emerging technology and curiosity around how tools like AI can support your workflow.
  • Ability to translate client needs to internal stakeholders and complex concepts externally.
  • Mission-driven and passionate about ensuring families gain access to Wellthy’s support.
  • A team player who is comfortable pitching in and supporting team members.
  • An upbeat and positive attitude with problem-solving skills.
  • Experience working with eligibility files, benefit configuration, or data integrations is a plus.
  • Salesforce, Asana, Slack, GSuite experience preferred.
