• Serve as a liaison between the Security Director and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring clear and consistent communication. • Prepare presentations, reports, and briefings for internal and external audiences on behalf of the Security Director. • Lead the development and tracking of key performance metrics to measure progress toward organizational goals. • Coordinate and oversee day-to-day operations to ensure alignment with organizational objectives. • Facilitate and coordinate leadership meetings, including agenda planning and follow-up on action items. • Oversee NP, CMA, and BOND-applicable/high-priority projects and initiatives assigned by the Security Director; identify risks and challenges, provide solutions to mitigate issues and ensure project success. • Collaborate with cross-functional and Center of Excellence (CoE) teams to ensure timely delivery of CGO & project milestones. • Act as a trusted advisor to the Security Director, offering insights and recommendations to support decision-making. • Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and high performance within the security organization. • Identify opportunities to improve processes, systems, and workflows to enhance organizational efficiency. • Must have strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize competing demands.
