• Manage analytical projects end-to-end, including intake, data assessment, solution design, analysis, and presentation of results. • Analyze cost and service performance, identify opportunities, and self-prioritize initiatives to deliver actionable solutions. • Transform and structure data from internal and external sources to ensure efficiency, stability, and reliability. • Develop operational reports, forecasts, and dashboards for supply chain and parcel team needs. • Collect, analyze, and publish parcel KPI data; provide visibility into programs and performance. • Recommend process improvements and cost-saving initiatives. • Maintain and evolve parcel- and supply chain-specific dashboards. • Provide cost and revenue insights to stakeholders, including financial performance and forecasts. • Communicate professionally with carrier partners to support smooth operations and maintain the customer experience. • Develop and manage relationships, programs, and processes to support evolving parcel operations. • Monitor market trends, rates, and new carrier products/initiatives. • Conduct audits of carriers, services, and vendor performance. • Review parcel KPIs to maximize service, reduce costs, and identify optimization opportunities. • Support peak holiday shipping operations as needed. • Collaborate across departments to ensure coordination and alignment with strategic goals. • Standardize best practices and recommend improvements to enhance the customer experience. • Work autonomously, think creatively, and provide timely analytics and status updates to the Manager/Sr. Manager of Parcel.
