Job Description
Job Requirements
- 4+ years related industry/service experience and/or training preferred
- HS Diploma or GED required
- Associates degree preferred or equivalent years of industry experience
- Working knowledge of PC based software applications (Microsoft Office – Outlook, Word, Excel) & basic web applications.
- Advanced knowledge of complex product and features for multiple brands and product categories
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
- Ability to analyze problems, consider alternative solutions and make decisions quickly
- Ability to work in a cross functional, virtually managed, collaborative team setting.
- Proficient at reading job specifications and hardware schedules.
- Ability to apply knowledge of internal processes to meet more complex requests.
