Job Description:

This role offers an opportunity to become the welcoming voice and first point of contact for clients seeking support from Job Duck. As the Receptionist, you will handle daily phone interactions with professionalism, warmth, and clarity, ensuring each caller feels heard and guided.

You will manage call flow, direct inquiries to the appropriate team members, and maintain accurate message tracking to support seamless operations. Someone who communicates gracefully, remains composed under pressure, and naturally builds rapport will excel in this position. This role is ideal for an individual who values consistency, empathy, and high-quality client service.

Compensation Range: • 1,015 USD to 1,100 USD

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Track call details and follow internal communication procedures

• Support callers by providing helpful information or routing assistance

• Ensure no calls are missed throughout the day

• Take clear and accurate messages

• Answer incoming phone calls promptly and courteously and direct calls to the appropriate team members

• Assist with general front-desk style communication needs as required

Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills
• Professional and articulate
• Strong attention to detail
• Reliable and responsible
• Empathetic and sympathetic
• Smart and quick to understand context
• Ability to manage calls efficiently
• Comfortable working with CRM and VOIP tools
• Spanish fluency
• Call volume: 6 to 15 calls per day
 

Work Shift:

8:30 AM - 5:30 PM [PST][PDT] (United States of America)

Languages:

English, Spanish
