What the Role Involves:
As the Casino Coordinator, you report to the Casino Manager and will be a part of the Gaming Team which is responsible for the overall Gaming Product across all brands. Primarily responsible for the release and performance of games, site management and optimisation whilst ensuring our game portfolio is industry leading and constantly improving. You will also be working closely and build strong relationships with internal and external key stakeholders. This position is available internally in Macedonia or South America!
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing the release of new games across all brands.
- Coordinate game releases with providers and all relevant departments.
- Test games prior to and post launch ensuring they work correctly in the required markets.
- Prior to launch make sure games are compliant with relevant licences (RTPs, reality checks, etc) and max exposure limits are applied.
- Monitor game performance through analytical reports
- Owning the site layout management and optimise the revenues with providers to facilitate business KPI’s and growth
- Explore, suggest and implement product improvements
- Perform competitor analysis and market analysis Ensuring that existing partner content is correct and up to date.
- Seeking potential new partner opportunities and making recommendations of key providers and products to onboard to continuously improve our product.
What it takes to succeed in this role:
- Familiarity with our casino products and a strong interest in further developing knowledge within the gaming product space
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with a high level of English both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently without supervision.
- Able to multitask and think quickly on your feet in a fast-paced environment.
- Tech savvy, as you will be using a number of in-house and third party back office systems.
- Highly motivated with excellent team working skills and the willingness to take on additional tasks when needed to help our teams grow.
