We are currently seeking a Reporting Analyst to join our team in Arlington (REMOTE), Virginia (US-VA), United States (US).

Job Summary: 

The Reporting Analyst handles Dashboards within Business Relationship Management under the Service Delivery Line of Business, enabling real-time tracking of operations in the IT Service Management (ITSM) system, such as ServiceNow, to improve mission awareness, identify requirements, and enhance stakeholder communication. With expertise in creating dashboards and reports, along with strong data analysis and visualization skills, this role provides clear, easy-to-understand formats that minimize complexity and highlight key metrics like outages, incidents, and projects. Proficiency in ITSM tools ensures accurate data consumption, while the ability to track and communicate operational metrics effectively supports proactive management and decision-making. By collaborating with stakeholders, the Reporting Analyst aligns with performance requirements for simplified data access, fostering collaboration and driving value through effective partnerships. 

 

Job Duties: 

- Expertise in creating dashboards and reports
- Strong data analysis and visualization skills
- Proficiency in ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow)
- Ability to track and communicate operational metrics effectively
 
 
Basic Qualifications: 
  • Minimum 3 years' experience with the role/responsibilities listed above
  • Ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance

 

Preferred Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 1 year of ServiceNow experience

 

Where required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting pay range for this remote role is $68,076 - $141,826. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate’s actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications. This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation based on individual and/or company performance. This position is eligible for company benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance with an employer contribution, flexible spending or health savings account, life and AD&D insurance, short and long term disability coverage, paid time off, employee assistance, participation in a 401k program with company match, and additional voluntary or legally-required benefits.
