Provide enterprise-wide indirect leadership to global Supply Chain sub-functions, guiding strategic priorities, operational maturity efforts, and governance expectations.
4
Shape operating plans and strategic priorities that influence business performance, resource allocation, and capability development across the global Supply Chain.
5
Lead complex, ambiguous, and undefined problem-solving efforts, diagnosing systemic issues across processes, data, systems, and organizational structures to drive transformation.
6
Establish and oversee governance frameworks and transformation portfolios, ensuring visibility, accountability, risk management, and decision-making at the executive level.
7
Develop and deliver executive-level insights, analytics, dashboards, and communication materials for the SVP Global Head Supply Chain and the Supply Chain Leadership Team, at the minimum.
8
Influence and collaborate crossfunctionally with Finance Business Partners, Digital/IT, Quality, Global Operations, and regional/site leadership to ensure alignment and execution of transformation objectives.
9
Champion continuous improvement and LEAN principles across the global network, embedding operational excellence practices and supporting maturity advancement.
10
Guide resource planning, capability development, and investment prioritization across strategic initiatives, ensuring the organization is structured for long-term success.
11
Develop, coach, and elevate a high-performing team, building future leaders, expanding the department’s capabilities, and strengthening strategic execution capacity globally.
12
Other duties as reasonably assigned from time-to-time

Strong executive influence and communication, including preparation/presentation of insights for senior leadership teams and enterprise forums (e.g., COO/Global Operations).
