Job Description

• Build, update, and maintain partner portals (Digital Sales Rooms) for our Commercial and Expert Selling teams. • Implement new sections, improve layouts, and refresh content to drive ongoing engagement on customer portals. • Track portal development, updates, and performance metrics using shared systems and trackers. • Maintain accurate records of portal activity, requests, and updates. • Drive portal re-engagement by identifying value-added updates and supporting sellers with timely content. • Generate and analyze reports to support customer engagement tracking and sales conversations. • Partner with sellers to help them use portals effectively within their accounts. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure strategies and messaging align with business priorities. • Troubleshoot basic portal issues and escalate complex needs as required. • Support content navigation and organization within our content management system.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 3+ years’ related experience.
  • Proficiency with MS Office suite.
  • Project management experience from planning to execution.
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Experience managing multiple project deadlines and working with diverse partners and functioning as a key stakeholder.
  • Familiarity with digital sales tools, portals, or content management systems.
