Role Description

We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our travel team as a Cruise Booking Agent. In this role, you will assist clients with researching, planning, and booking cruise vacations while providing excellent customer service throughout the travel planning process. This opportunity is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with people, have an interest in travel—especially cruising—and are looking for a flexible remote role.

  • Assist clients with researching and selecting cruise itineraries that match their travel preferences
  • Provide information on cruise lines, ships, destinations, and onboard experiences
  • Coordinate cruise reservations, cabins, and travel details through approved travel suppliers
  • Communicate with clients before and after booking to ensure a smooth travel planning experience
  • Stay informed about cruise promotions, itineraries, and supplier updates
  • Maintain accurate records of bookings and client communications
  • Provide ongoing customer support before and after travel as needed

Qualifications

  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Interest in the cruise and travel industry
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Comfortable using online booking systems, email, and basic computer applications
  • Organized and detail-oriented
  • Previous travel or customer service experience is helpful but not required
