Role Description
As a System Manager for IT ERP Revenue Applications, you will provide critical leadership and strategic oversight, ensuring the optimal performance and integrity of our enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems specifically related to revenue management.
- Expertly manage system configurations and upgrades.
- Lead a team of technical specialists.
- Troubleshoot complex application issues.
- Meticulously collaborate with finance and operational stakeholders to enhance efficiency and compliance in revenue-generating processes.
To be successful, you will demonstrate outstanding technical expertise in ERP and revenue applications, strong leadership capabilities, and a meticulous, analytical demeanor, contributing significantly to financial accuracy, operational efficiency, and sustained organizational growth.
Qualifications
- Bachelors or equivalent work experience, upon hire.
- 5+ years’ experience in Epic inpatient and ambulatory applications.
- Experience with a variety of applications.
- Experience in optimization process and implementation.
- Experience in working with C-suite leaders.
Requirements
- Project Management Professional, upon hire (preferred).
