Job Description
Role Description
We are looking for a Director of Product who is excited to own both the big picture and the small details that turn great ideas into great games. This is not a passive leadership role. You will be shaping strategy, guiding teams, making hard calls, and using performance metrics to make smart, informed decisions that help our teams and products succeed.
If you love building strong teams, balancing creative ambition with real-world constraints, and blending creative intuition with thoughtful, data-informed leadership, this role is for you.
What We’re Looking For

Lead the Product & Production Function
- Own and evolve the studio’s product and production practices
- Partner closely with Executive Producers and creative, art, and engineering leadership

-
Build & Grow Teams

Drive Smart, Data‑Informed Decisions
- Define and track OKRs like engagement, retention, and monetization
- Build dashboards and reports that clearly communicate product health
- Turn qualitative feedback (playtests, Discord, reviews) into actionable improvements
-
Keep Projects on Track
- Identify risks early (scope creep, resourcing gaps, market shifts)
- Scenario‑plan and course‑correct before issues become emergencies
- Foster a culture where shipping matters, without sacrificing team health
-
Align the Studio
- Act as the connective tissue across product, design, art, engineering, and marketing
- Resolve conflicts, clarify tradeoffs, and keep everyone rowing in the same direction
-
Improve Tools & Pipelines
- Spot inefficiencies and reduce manual work
- Champion better tooling, workflows, and automations that help
