Role Description

We are looking for a results-driven Senior Link Builder & Outreach Specialist to lead scalable off-page SEO initiatives. This role is responsible for acquiring high-quality backlinks at speed, building authoritative relationships, and expanding our digital footprint across communities such as Reddit, Quora, YouTube, and other emerging platforms. You will play a key role in improving search visibility, strengthening domain authority, and driving sustainable organic growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Link Building & Acquisition
  • Own end-to-end link acquisition campaigns from prospecting to placement.
  • Identify high-value backlink opportunities aligned with client verticals and SEO strategy.
  • Deliver consistent growth in referring domains and authority links while maintaining quality standards.
  • Execute at pace while protecting link relevance and credibility.
• Advanced Outreach & Partnerships
  • Build relationships with bloggers, publishers, creators, and industry webmasters.
  • Develop scalable outreach systems, templates, and follow-up processes.
  • Negotiate placements, collaborations, and content partnerships.
• Community & Platform-Based Authority Building
  • Drive brand visibility and link opportunities via platforms like Reddit, Quora, YouTube, niche forums, and communities.
  • Create and manage profiles, posts, and engagement strategies that attract natural backlinks and referral traffic.
• Content & Asset Promotion
  • Promote blogs, landing pages, research, infographics, and video assets to maximize reach and linkability.
  • Suggest new content angles that can naturally earn links.
• Competitive & Gap Analysis
  • Conduct backlink gap analysis to identify missed opportunities.
  • Reverse-engineer competitor link strategies and build action plans to outperform them.
• Performance Tracking & Reporting
  • Maintain daily activity tracking and outreach pipelines.
  • Report on acquired links, live placements, domain metrics, and impact.
  • Continuously optimize approach for better conversion rates.
• Process Ownership & Innovation
  • Improve outreach efficiency through automation, tools, and new technologies.
  • Stay updated on algorithm changes, spam risks, and evolving best practices.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in modern link-building and digital PR strategies
• Proven experience managing blogger and publisher outreach
• Ability to secure placements across forums, communities, and UGC platforms
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Proficiency with SEO tools such as Semrush, Ahrefs, Google Analytics, etc.
• Strong research, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Highly organized, self-managed, and deadline-driven
• Comfortable working with web technologies and digital publishing workflows
