Job Requirements
- 10+ years of progressive experience in procurement, supply chain, or operations, with a dedicated focus on process improvement and functional transformation.
- Strong knowledge of procurement technologies, business intelligence tools, and the design of end-to-end procurement governance frameworks.
- Proven ability in stakeholder management and influence, with the capacity to engage senior divisional leaders and instill a performance-based culture across a global resource pool.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or Finance (industry certifications such as Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified Professional in Supply Management (CPSM) are a plus).
