• Define and own global infrastructure strategy and standards. • Ensure platforms meet availability, performance, security, and compliance requirements. • Align infrastructure operations with MSP operating models and repeatable delivery. • Own infrastructure delivery standards for client onboardings and major projects. • Oversee technical due diligence, onboarding execution, migrations, and standardization. • Act as senior escalation point for client-impacting delivery or infrastructure issues. • Serve as senior technical authority for architecture and complex escalations. • Provide leadership across core enterprise infrastructure domains (cloud, hybrid, compute, network, security). • Lead cloud migrations, upgrades, new site deployments, and global expansions. • Enforce change control and deployment standards. • Drive automation and scripting to improve consistency and outcomes. • Maintain and improve CI/CD pipelines supporting infrastructure delivery. • Oversee global infrastructure operations and reliability. • Lead response to high-severity incidents and outages. • Own disaster recovery and business continuity planning and testing. • Own infrastructure security posture, patching, and IAM governance. • Support cloud governance, monitoring, compliance, and audits. • Ensure effective use of MSP tools including RMM, PSA, ticketing, monitoring, and asset management. • Integrate tooling with incident management, change control, reporting, and SLAs. • Lead and scale a globally distributed infrastructure team. • Embed a culture of client ownership, accountability, and service excellence. • Partner with the CTO and senior leadership on strategy and client delivery priorities. • Own infrastructure budgeting, cost optimization, and vendor management. • Drive standardization to improve efficiency, scalability, and client outcomes.r system performance, availability, and capacity using cloud-native and third-party tools
