Role Description

This role offers an exciting opportunity for a strategic product marketing professional to shape messaging, positioning, and go-to-market strategies for a fast-growing SaaS platform. As a Senior Product Marketing Manager, you will translate complex product capabilities into clear and compelling narratives that drive adoption and growth across key customer segments. Working closely with Product, Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, and Customer Success teams, you will develop scalable frameworks, enablement assets, and launch strategies that empower teams to communicate value consistently. The role combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution, allowing you to build messaging architectures, support product launches, and generate market insights. You will play a key role in strengthening brand differentiation and improving how the platform is understood and sold. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in collaborative environments and enjoys turning complexity into clarity.

  • Develop and maintain a clear messaging architecture, including positioning, value propositions, proof points, and category narratives across target segments.
  • Lead go-to-market strategies for product launches, defining audiences, narratives, enablement materials, and adoption plans.
  • Create and maintain scalable enablement systems such as positioning briefs, value proposition libraries, competitive insights, and objection-handling frameworks.
  • Collaborate with Product and leadership teams to translate product strategy into clear, differentiated external messaging.
  • Partner with revenue marketing to ensure campaigns, website content, and marketing assets align with messaging and segment priorities.
  • Establish a voice-of-customer program by gathering insights from interviews, win-loss analysis, and market signals to refine messaging and inform product decisions.
  • Build a strong storytelling and proof framework, including case studies, quantified outcomes, and customer success narratives.
  • Support partner and integration marketing by defining ecosystem value propositions and producing reusable partner-focused content.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS product marketing with ownership of positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies.
  • Proven ability to build scalable messaging frameworks and enablement systems that support cross-functional teams.
  • Strong segmentation skills with the ability to tailor narratives for multiple audiences without fragmenting brand consistency.
  • Excellent writing and editing abilities with a talent for simplifying complex technical or product concepts.
  • Experience leading product launches and collaborating closely with product, sales, and marketing teams.
  • Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous environments and quickly iterate on new initiatives.
  • Strong cross-functional influence and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience with partner ecosystems or integration marketing is a plus.

Benefits

  • Competitive base salary of approximately $110,000 with performance-based bonus potential.
  • Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance coverage.
  • Flexible work schedule and remote work opportunities within the United States.
  • Paid vacation, sick leave, and extended seasonal company breaks.
  • Wellness reimbursement credit and home office stipend.
  • Professional development budget to support ongoing learning and career growth.
  • Collaborative team environment with regular team events and social activities.
