Role Description

As a Enterprise Security Sales Executive, you'll serve as a key driver of expansion in a dynamic, advisory-driven sales setting. This isn't about high-volume, low-engagement deals—it's consultative selling at its core:

  • Assessing risks and informing prospects about evolving security needs
  • Guiding leaders toward a forward-thinking model that truly works today
  • Connecting directly with C-level executives, property principals, and operational decision-makers
  • Revealing hidden exposures and measuring potential impacts
  • Presenting a proactive platform proven to generate tangible outcomes

You will manage the complete sales process from start to finish:

  • Initiating outreach and needs assessment
  • Conducting compelling demos
  • Crafting proposals and negotiating terms
  • Securing commitments

Top performers excel by emphasizing value rather than cost, prevention instead of response, and measurable results over technical specs.

Qualifications

  • At least 3 years of demonstrated success in B2B sales; background in cannabis or automotive dealership sales highly preferred
  • Solid understanding of video surveillance systems, remote/digital monitoring, AI-based security technologies, or comparable offerings
  • Strong capacity to rapidly learn technical concepts and communicate them effectively to non-expert audiences
  • Assertive presenter with proven negotiation abilities and consistent closing performance
  • Proactive, disciplined professional with superior organization and pipeline management skills
