Role Description

We are currently looking for a Marketing Coordinator - REMOTE. In this role, you will support the planning and execution of impactful marketing strategies aimed at enhancing student engagement in high-quality international exchange programs. By managing content across various digital platforms and channels, you will play a key part in shaping our online presence, increasing traffic and conversions, and helping to connect young people from diverse backgrounds. Your insights will contribute to strategic improvements and foster collaboration within a dynamic marketing team. Accountabilities

  • Develop and manage the social media calendar, and manage publication on various platforms.
  • Monitor engagement and respond to comments on social media.
  • Coordinate content creation, including writing and editing articles, videos, and graphics.
  • Manage and report on the content calendar to enhance marketing performance.
  • Support the execution of participant engagement plans and contests.
  • Act as a brand steward by maintaining consistent brand messaging across materials.
  • Oversee the publication of digital content and keep the asset library updated.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business management, or related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in marketing or related role.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Familiarity with social media management and user engagement strategies.
  • Basic graphic design experience and proficiency with Adobe suite or Canva.
  • Knowledge of video editing software and skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and prioritize multiple projects.
