Role Description

Join a thriving, mission-driven private group practice dedicated to accessible, high-quality, and culturally responsive care across the DMV region. CapitolHill Consortium for Counseling & Consultation LLC (CCCC) is seeking licensed clinicians to join our well-established and growing multidisciplinary practice. We provide individual, couples, family, and group therapy, as well as psychological testing for clients across the lifespan—from children to elders. Services are offered both in-person and via telehealth, allowing for optimal flexibility and client reach.

Qualifications

  • Independently licensed in Virginia or Maryland
  • Licensure in Washington, D.C. is preferred
  • Priority consideration for clinicians willing to serve pre-adolescent populations
  • Passion for high-quality, compassionate mental health care
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development
  • Desired experience: 1-3 years
  • Must be local

Requirements

  • Availability during after-school hours, evenings, or weekends
  • Willingness to work a hybrid schedule (some in-person availability preferred)
