- Identify, evaluate, and develop strategic partnerships with key firms including large IBDs, custodians, and third-party tech providers & consultants
- Own the full partnership lifecycle: sourcing, relationship building, negotiation, contracting, onboarding, and performance management
- Build and maintain executive-level relationships with partner organizations to drive adoption and strategic alignment
- Collaborate with internal teams-product, sales, marketing, and legal-to ensure seamless execution and value realization
- Develop business cases and partnership proposals, including strategic rationale, revenue projections, tangible goals, partnership agreements, and GTM plans
- Track and report on KPIs, analyze performance data, and identify ways to deepen engagement and expand each partnership's impact
- Represent the company externally at industry events, partner meetings, and conferences
- Stay current on market trends, competitive shifts, and emerging partner models to inform long-term strategy
Qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience in business development, strategic partnerships, or enterprise sales, ideally in fintech, wealth management, or SaaS
- Deep understanding of the wealth management ecosystem, including IBDs, custodians, and advisor technology platforms
- Strong negotiation and relationship management skills, with a track record of closing and scaling partnerships
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills with the ability to influence across departments
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical and communication capabilities
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
Benefits & Perks:
- 100% employer-paid health, dental, and vision insurance.
- 401(k) match to support your financial future.
- Opportunities for internal mobility and cross-functional collaboration.
- Flexible time off, vacation days, sick days, and a celebration day.
- Paid parental leave to support work-life balance.
- Professional development stipend to help you grow in your career.
- Hybrid work schedule with flexibility to work both in-office and remotely.
- Summer hours so you can enjoy more sunshine.
- Recognition programs to celebrate contributions and milestones.
- Modern, centrally located offices stocked with premium snacks, coffee, beverages and weekly lunch credits to fuel your day.
- Regular team events, celebrations, and company-wide gatherings that keep our culture connected and collaborative.
Compensation:
