• configure and oversee a cloud-based benefits administration tool • develop relationships, influence strategic direction and maximize client value • maintain documentation on workflows, procedures, and protocols • retrieve web-based data • prepare data for loading by entering submitted data into standardized format • configure open enrollment lifecycle to ensure it meets the customer’s workflow needs • user interface testing and data validation • serve as the Ben Admin platform single point of contact for customers post-implementation including expansion and issue escalation • build relationships with stakeholders to facilitate successful solutions • ensure the protection and security of a consumer’s personal, confidential and identifiable information in a professional and responsible manner • navigate platform resources, helping customers maximize the use of platform • meet or exceed department goals as defined • complete other duties and projects as assigned
