Job Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Cybersecurity, or a related technical field (or equivalent demonstrated technical expertise in these areas).
- Professional Qualifications: For Patent Attorney candidates: JD degree and admission to at least one State Bar. For Patent Agent candidates: USPTO Registration in good standing.
- Experience & Skills: IP Experience: 3+ years of experience in patent prosecution and drafting.
- AI & Technical Expertise: A strong interest in—and ideally experience with—developing or tuning AI agents and using emerging AI tools to improve legal operations.
- Technical Savvy: Proficiency with spreadsheets (formulas/functions) and a drive to build scalable, tech-forward processes.
- Communication: Ability to develop deep relationships with top-tier inventors and evangelize the IP program across the organization.
- Organization: Highly organized with attention to detail, including the ability to own and prioritize a project and meet deadlines in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
