Job Description

• Completing fundamental account setup and maintenance, including user additions/removals, contact updates, and account closure processing • Responding to routine questions from Sales Representatives and internal teams, escalating complex issues to the appropriate resources • Participating in weekly account review meetings with Sales Representatives and your manager to discuss account status and open requests • Monitoring and following up on pending updates such as pricing changes, product questions, or customer‑requested adjustments • Collaborating with team members to execute assigned tasks and contribute to small‑scale improvement projects • Attending team meetings, training sessions, and knowledge‑building workshops to enhance understanding of products, systems, and processes • Following documented procedures to ensure accuracy and consistency, and proactively seeking clarification when needed • Performing all other duties as assigned

Job Requirements

  • Strong organizational and time‑management skills with the ability to support multiple Sales Representatives simultaneously
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong interpersonal abilities
  • High attention to detail with a commitment to ensuring data accuracy
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Office Suite, Salesforce, and internal databases
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a fast‑paced, evolving environment
  • Previous experience in administrative support or customer service preferred
