Job Description

• Manage a personal sales territory and multiple levels of the Sales team • Generate net revenue growth from new and existing clients • Ensure that team members are hitting their goals • Client servicing, partnering with teams such as Product and Marketing • Regular management reporting • Utilize account and market data to create strategies • Monitor and maintain all sales KPIs • Supervise day-to-day and strategic aspects of certain key accounts

Job Requirements

  • 10+ years of client-facing experience
  • At least 5 in sales or business development
  • Deep understanding of pharma marketing, digital media, advertising strategy, data, and research
  • Success managing a sales team or proven ability coaching and mentoring sales people
  • Strong network and experience selling to pharma and medical device marketers and their marketing partners
  • Proven success in long sales cycles
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Willingness to travel
  • Ideally located in the NY/NJ/Philly area; other locations will be considered
