The Applications Analyst II acts as a business specialist and technology generalist, aligning technology solutions with business strategies by identifying opportunities to apply technology to business processes. This role involves advising customers on system functionality, costs, benefits, and implementation requirements while serving as a technical liaison with vendors.
The Analyst is responsible for the design, build, testing, training, and support of the Electronic Health Record (EHR) system, requiring minimal supervision for maintenance and independent judgment in daily support activities. This role also involves performing complex design and analysis tasks related to hospital business operations and mentoring other members of the Professional Billing (PB) team.
