Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in procurement file reviews for compliance to KBR’s Procurement Manual and government requirements and manage corrective actions to maintain an approved government purchasing system.
- Assist in internal and external government and quality audits and respond to corrective actions, opportunities for improvement and requests for information.
- Assist in the development, revisions and maintenance of Prime Contract flow down documents.
- Assist with all actions related to investigation request, responses, reporting and submissions.
- Assist with the development and maintenance of a prime contract requirements matrix resource tool.
- Assist with the maintenance of procurement contractual documents (e.g., General Terms and Conditions, Procurement Agreement templates, and Flow Down Requirements).
- Assist in oversight of the timely submissions of Federal Funding Accountability and Transparency Act (FFATA) reporting required by client contracts.
- Assist with a full range of procurement compliance administration activities across multiple projects and regions.
- Assist in the development, implementation, tracking of process improvement initiatives across multiple projects and regions.
- Knowledgeable of FAR and DFAR requirements as they relate to KBR Subcontracts/Purchase Orders in order to assist in providing updates to procurement processes and procedures.
- Assist with Procurement Manual and various procedural updates and revisions as needed.
- Assist with training development, planning, tracking, and reporting as needed.

- Security Clearance Eligibility
- Skills required for this job are typically acquired through the completion of an undergraduate degree and/or 3+ years of experience.
- Proficient in MS Office (TEAMS, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Experience in performing audits.
- Advanced written and oral communication skills and the ability to professionally communicate with all internal stakeholders as well as internal and external customers.
- Must possess strong research and analytical skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Costpoint experience
- Power BI experience
- Sharepoint experience
- Experience supporting Government audits (e.g., CPSR, ICA, etc.).
- Self-motivated and takes initiative.
- Must have strong presentation and people skills.
Basic Compensation: $73,000.00 - $109,000.00
The offered rate will be based on the selected candidate’s knowledge, skills, abilities and/or experience and in consideration of internal parity.
Additional Compensation:
KBR may offer bonuses, commissions, or other forms of compensation to certain job titles or levels, per internal policy or contractual designation. Additional compensation may be in the form of sign on bonus, relocation benefits, short term incentives, long term incentives, or discretionary payments for exceptional performance.
