Job Summary
Product Managers at Terminix play a pivotal role in shaping the product portfolio, driving innovation in North America, and by championing growth for key residential and commercial pest Lines of Business and Verticals. The Product Manager will research the market and consumer trends to propose and align across the organization and with the Executive Leadership on the 5-10 year strategic roadmaps for growth. This position will be the business lead for strategic projects and key initiatives, outlining the goals of new products and services; partnering with technical to outline solutions, feasibility and cost targets; collaborate with Marketing to define claims, pricing, profitability, and the go-to-market strategy; and Sales and Operation teams to estimate projected revenue and enable new leads and sales. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills, as well as a deep understanding of marketing and product management principles.
Key Performance Indicators
Delivery: Execution to agreed AOP goals including revenue, profitability, and market share
Growth: Product Mix Growth and support of lead, retention and upsell initiatives
People: Engagement and collaboration across the organization
Enablement of partner functions to achieve revenue targets
Brand: NPS / Awareness / Consideration
Implementation: 5-10 year Roadmap
Principal Duties & Responsibilities
Ensure that products meet customer needs and are aligned with Rentokil Terminix's strategic goals
Lead cross-functional team to achieve P&L goals
Build business plans across proposition, pricing, programs, and placement
Analyze customer feedback to identify improvement opportunities and implement action plans
Contribute to the market research learning plan and ensure stakeholder alignment to gather consumer insights
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and technologies
Develop and manage product roadmap
Identify vertical, line of business, and customer segment opportunities
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify market opportunities and define product requirements
Manage the product development process from ideation to launch and through phase out or conversions
Ensure proper execution of product strategies and plans
Work with marketing and sales teams to launch and promote new products
Monitor product performance and make adjustments as needed
Required Experience
Bachelor’s degree in an Economics, Marketing or related area; Master’s degree a plus.
3-5 years’ experience in product management or related Marketing functions
Strong leadership, influencing, and presentation skills are required.
Strong executive presence and oral communication skills
Deep knowledge of consumer-based marketing funnel, from awareness to advocacy
Understanding of lead creation, development, nurturing, and management.
Strong knowledge of product go-to-market strategies, including pricing, promotion, place and proposition development.
Strong understanding of consumer market research and how to apply it to strategy
Superior data analytics capability. Statistical understanding a plus
Must possess superior verbal and written communication skills.
Project management experience preferred
Business acumen - Ability to provide leadership and direction at a cross functional leadership level
Focus on consumer needs, market conditions and competitive environment
Excellent organizational skills with a heightened sense of attention to detail are key characteristics of the perfect candidate.
Strong interpersonal skills that allow for healthy internal and external relationships are a must.
Additionally, strong computer skills whereby the candidate is fluent in cloud base Marketing Software
Experience with the Google Platform is a plus.
Experience in a consumer-focused, branded product or services business required
Required Leadership Traits and Characteristics
Strong executive presence and ability to influence and engage with senior leadership
Outstanding analytical and problem-solving abilities with a strong understanding of corporate marketing and influencing key financial performance indicators including content strategies, marketing and digital content.
Able to demonstrate high levels of drive, work ethic and personal accountability with the ability to work under pressure while maintaining sound judgement and a rigorous focus on the details
Team player who is driven and can overcome obstacles to find solutions.
Formal Education, Qualifications or Training
Bachelor's degree in business or related field with 7 years of product management experience required, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Base Pay Range $85,600 - $111,200 / year
While starting pay falls within the given range, it can vary based on factors like geographic location, skills, education, and experience. Total earnings may also be affected by overtime, incentives, commissions, performance, and route assignment (where applicable).
