Job Description

• Owns and leads delivery of the Contracting module within CTFS, including sponsor and site contracting, negotiations, and contract‑to‑financial traceability. • Defines and executes the launch strategy for the Contracting module, including scope, success criteria, phased releases, pilot customers, and general availability readiness. • Identifies and evaluates opportunities to incorporate AI‑enabled or intelligent capabilities (e.g., automation, decision support, agents, or workflow intelligence) to improve product efficiency, usability, and customer outcomes. • Leads product planning and roadmap prioritization for Contracting, balancing customer needs, business objectives, technical constraints, and delivery capacity. • Owns end‑to‑end product execution, including discovery, requirements definition, backlog prioritization, sprint readiness, release planning, and post‑launch optimization. • Communicates product vision, roadmap, progress, risks, and trade‑offs to leadership and key stakeholders. • Partners closely with engineering, architecture, UX, services, compliance, and operations teams to ensure successful product delivery.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 7–10+ years of experience in product management, product ownership, or business systems roles for SaaS products.
  • Demonstrated experience leading delivery of complex, cross-functional product initiatives.
  • Strong ability to translate ambiguous business and financial problems into structured, executable product solutions.
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments with engineering teams.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and decision-making skills.
  • Experience in healthcare, life sciences, or financial platforms is a plus.
