The pay range for this position is $37,500-$45,750 Salary. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the pay range and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including skills, qualifications, experience and location.
JOB PURPOSE:
The Quality Assurance Specialist oversees internal order and customer audits and may be requested to review external audits for quality with the goal of reducing outstanding account receivables. This role can be inclusive of the following: reviews orders to ensure proper Medicare documentation is received, obtains proof of delivery for shipments, ensures backorder delays are resolved timely and addresses any branch billing issues for our Billing Department to accurately bill claims.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
§ Medicare documentation review – work closely with the inside sales team, the medical supply account managers, and the CCRs to ensure proper payer guidelines are followed.
§ Proof of delivery – ensure tracking is provided by the distributors and obtain delivery confirmation through carrier websites.
§ Backorder delays – work closely with the distributors to ensure items are replaced in a timely manner and shipped to the customer.
§ Branch billing issues – work billing reports and/or BrighTree WIP status to resolve order issues in which we cannot bill the claim to a payer.
§ Maintain Quality Assurance records.
§ Responsible for providing reports to leaders on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis. Will measure progress against the reports and provide continued follow-up with owners.
§ Responsible for identifying learning opportunities, collaborating with senior leadership on training needed, and then developing the necessary training to be delivered.
§ Utilize Numotion Leadership Principles to perform job with integrity, compliance, and values
consistent with Numotion’s mission.
§ Adhere to employee or customer confidentiality and comply with Numotion’s policies and federal.
regulations.
§ Always provide excellent customer service for all internal and external customers of the operations. Provide solutions for customer concerns and continually focus on customer service as our top priority.

REQUIRED, QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCE:
§ High School Diploma/GED required.
§ Minimum two years of related experience required.
§ Minimum of one-year successful experience in healthcare reimbursement industry.
§ Excellent verbal and written skills.
§ Exceptional interpersonal and customer service experience.
§ Solid written and verbal communication, listening, organization and priority setting skills.
