Job Requirements
- 4–7 years of experience in GTM strategy, partnerships, Business Operations, management consulting, or a similar strategic role
- Experience managing complex, cross-functional initiatives in a high-growth environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience preparing executive-facing materials
- Demonstrated ability to translate high-level strategy into clear, operational execution plans
- High degree of organization, ownership, and comfort operating in ambiguity
- Experience in digital health, benefits, or healthcare partnerships preferred
- Exposure to payer, PEO, or channel-based GTM models preferred
- Experience building dashboards or analyzing partnership performance metrics preferred
- Experience supporting enterprise Sales or channel enablement initiatives preferred
