Job Description
KnowBe4 is the global leader in Human Risk Management, trusted by over 70,000 organizations worldwide to secure their employees and AI agents for over 15 years. We're pioneering a new era of security. AI-powered since 2016. And market-leading since day one.
Our HRM+ combines continuous risk intelligence, advanced technical defenses, and personalized training to help organizations build strong security cultures. We help organizations understand, measure, and reduce human risk across their entire workforce, defending against, deepfakes, and emerging AI-powered threats.
We believe that protecting organizations from cyberthreats and creating a positive environmental impact go hand in hand. True resilience is collective, it requires us to protect our people, our data, and our planet.
This position is located in the U.S.
What You'll Do
- Team Leadership & Growth: Manage and mentor a team of Regional Account Executives and Partner Managers, conducting interviews to scale a world-class sales organization and fostering a high-performance culture.
- Active Deal Participation: Don’t just watch from the sidelines—tag into key opportunities with partners and accounts to help navigate obstacles and secure "closed-won" revenue.
- Pipeline Mastery: Conduct rigorous weekly pipeline reviews and "rhythm of business" updates, getting deep into the details to identify exactly what is needed to move a deal from one stage to the next.
- Channel Strategy: Drive and guide our partner activities, building deep relationships with distributors and resellers to grow net-new revenue across the LATAM region.
- Operational Excellence: Analyze sales statistics to refine prospecting methods, optimize CRM usage, and ensure meticulous forecasting for leadership.
- Regional Ambassadorship: Represent the brand at major industry events and trade shows across countries like Mexico and Colombia, utilizing strong public speaking skills to engage with customers and partners.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Navigate the internal ecosystem—partnering with Legal, Finance, and Customer Success to ensure our teams are aligned and our deals are sound.
You’re the kind of leader who balances strategic planning with a "roll up your sleeves" work ethic. You stay calm under pressure and genuinely enjoy the process of coaching a team to success.
- 10+ years of B2B sales experience with a deep focus on the Latin American market (specifically Spanish-speaking LATAM).
- 5+ years of people management experience in the region, with a proven track record of building teams from scratch and managing diverse personalities through change.
- Bilingual Fluency: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in both Spanish and English, paired with deep cultural awareness of the region.
- Strategic Precision: You don’t just look at a number; you organize your week around themes, prioritize high-value deals, and anticipate customer needs before they arise.
- Conflict Resolution: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to manage channel conflict and build trust across functional teams like Sales Enablement and People Ops.
- Mobility: Willingness to travel approximately 30–35% to engage with partners and teams on the ground.
- SaaS or Cybersecurity Background: Experience navigating the nuances of technology sales and recurring revenue models.
- Channel Expertise: A history of managing partner ecosystems, including distributors and agents, to drive significant revenue growth.
- CRM Power User: Proficiency in Salesforce for pipeline management and forecasting.
- Winning Culture: You’ll lead a team that values high energy, daily stand-ups, and celebrating wins together—proving that you can work hard and have fun simultaneously.
- Remote Flexibility: Enjoy the flexibility of being remote in Florida while staying deeply connected to the vibrant markets of Latin America.
- Impactful Leadership: As a new role, you have the unique opportunity to shape the strategy for the Spanish LATAM region and report directly to leadership that values your hands-on input.
- Continuous Learning: Keep your skills sharp by obtaining certification bonuses or taking advantage of our tuition reimbursement.
