Position Summary:

Top Hat Project Managers are the heart of execution within our organization. Associate Project Managers assist in leading the planning, execution, and successful completion of projects, ensuring they align with organizational objectives, stay on time and within budget, and meet quality standards. They assist in managing teams, coordinating resources, and communicating with stakeholders, often overseeing multiple projects simultaneously.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assist in developing project plans, timelines, and budgets
• Align cross functional teams to a common goal
• Track project progress and reporting
• Identify potential risks and drive to resolution
• Communicate project progress to all stakeholders
• Lead project status updates and meetings with internal and external stakeholders
• Drive project deliverables to maintain project milestones
  

Qualifications and Essential Skill Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree with an emphasis in Business, Finance, Engineering, or a related field
• 1-3 years of construction or automation project management experience
• Experience managing automation projects including (but are not limited to): goods to person, unloaders, automated guided vehicles, conveyor systems, automated storage and retrieval systems, warehouse management software, etc.
• Prior experience managing people or processes
• Experience in project management, product development lifecycle, or process management
• Proficient in MS Office Suite and ERP systems
• Strong relationship building, interpersonal, and leadership skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently
• Inclination to take ownership of assigned projects and initiatives and independently drive for results
• Ability to interface at all levels of the organization within and outside of the company
• Demonstrated self-confidence, honesty, and integrity
• Up to 50% travel
