Job Description
Switchboard Hiring is looking for a Marketing Manager on behalf of our client, an established mid-sized B2B SaaS company. Our client is a market leader known for delivering innovative solutions that empower small to medium sized businesses to work more efficiently and strategically. In this role, you'll work with the Director of Partnerships in driving strategic partner marketing initiatives with a focus on partner-led events, event activation, and co-marketing execution. This role will help shape strategy while owning execution and project management of partner marketing programs designed to drive pipeline, accelerate revenue, and deepen relationships across the partner ecosystem. Ideal for a marketing professional with B2B SaaS experience who thrives in fast-paced environments, this opportunity combines event activation strategy, cross-functional coordination, and campaign execution in support of channel and technology partners across North America.
Responsibilities
- Lead the planning and execution of partner events, including pre-event promotion, onsite activations, and post-event follow-up.
- Own partner-driven activations at events, ensuring strong brand visibility and meaningful joint engagement with partners.
- Develop and manage integrated co-marketing campaigns with channel and technology partners across digital and field marketing motions.
- Oversee partner lead routing, tracking, and nurture workflows to improve follow-up speed, conversion, and pipeline contribution.
- Manage and optimize partner portal activation so partners can access relevant content, training materials, and campaign resources.
- Build frameworks, playbooks, and repeatable processes to scale partner event execution and co-marketing programs.
- Serve as the project manager for partner marketing initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and strong coordination across stakeholders.
- Analyze and report on event and campaign performance, including ROI, pipeline impact, and opportunities for optimization.
- Work closely with sales, product marketing, regional teams, and global stakeholders to support alignment and partner success.
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of progressive B2B SaaS marketing experience, including areas such as field marketing, demand generation, events management, or integrated campaigns.
- Experience managing events, trade shows, conferences, or partner events, including promotion before the event, onsite execution, and post-event lead nurture strategies.
- Demonstrated success running marketing campaigns from planning through execution and reporting.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills.
- Willingness to travel up to 30%.

- Compensation: $130K - $155K + 15% Bonus (paid monthly)
- Remote + Travel: must be willing to travel to trade shows and partner events as needed
