Job Description
The Senior Product Marketing Manager is responsible for driving go-to-market strategy, positioning, and messaging for healthcare SaaS solutions. This role collaborates closely with product management, sales, and customer success to ensure alignment with market needs and business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Go-to-Market Strategy
- Develop and execute product marketing strategies aligned with business objectives
- Lead product launches and cross-functional initiatives
- Messaging & Positioning
- Create compelling messaging for target personas and market segments
Translate complex technical concepts into customer-centric language - Partner with sales to develop enablement tools and training materials
Support sales teams with value propositions and competitive insights
- Create compelling messaging for target personas and market segments
- Market & Competitive Intelligence
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis
- Use insights to inform product strategy and differentiation
- Lead continuous market intelligence — competitive movements, regulatory shifts, emerging tech — and translate insights into actionable implications for Product, Sales, and the Executive Team.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with product, sales, and customer success teams
- Align marketing efforts with product development and customer needs
- Architect a Repeatable GTM Engine
- Own the creation of a repeatable, reusable GTM framework that accelerates product launches and ensures commercial readiness across the portfolio.
- Be a Revenue and Growth Driver
- Turn Product Marketing into a commercial growth catalyst that maximizes revenue from existing and new offerings.
- Recommend low performing product sunsets and create a sunset strategy with commercial, finance, pricing and customer success organizations. Strategy directs segmentation, targeting, positioning, migration incentives to preserve market share of migration customers
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field
- Demonstrated ability to use AI-powered tools to accelerate productivity and effectiveness
- 8-12 years of relevant work experience
- Proven experience in product marketing within a SaaS or healthcare technology environment
- Strong communication and storytelling skills
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into customer-centric messaging
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Analytical mindset with ability to derive insights from data
- Ability to travel 15-20%
Other Knowledge, Skills, Abilities or Certifications:
- MBA or advanced degree is a plus
- Familiarity with HIPAA, HL7, and healthcare compliance standards
- Experience with CRM and marketing automation tools
- Knowledge of buyer personas and customer journey mapping
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment
