Brief Overview:
Play a critical role in shaping platform strategy to deliver scalable, monetizable solutions aligned with organizational growth objectives. Engage with executive and cross functional teams to balance priorities and drive successful delivery. Act as the bridge between portfolio strategy, solution delivery and technical teams to deliver differentiated solutions and help scope out and prioritize new capabilities. Lead cross-functional collaboration for complex efforts, ensuring alignment across teams, managing dependencies, and driving efficient execution at scale. Evaluate product performance in terms of revenue, cost, and operational efficiency, tying decisions to business outcome
Primary Job Duties & Responsibilities:
• Lead the design and development of tailored analytics solutions that address client needs across commercial teams (e.g. marketing, analytics and strategy) functions ensuring adherence to organizational standards.
• Responsible for oversight of the business performance and effectiveness of projects aligned to you as part of the Data and Analytics portfolio.
• Collaborate with other teams across various internal functions (e.g. product, data engineering, data science, data science, operations, client services) to ensure seamless execution of analytics initiatives.
• Support strategic planning, resource planning and development of next-generation analytics and intervention capabilities to facilitate roadmap management.
• Contribute to thought leadership efforts, including client presentations and industry engagements.
• Monitor performance metrics and provide insights to optimize solution effectiveness and client impact.
• Influence department strategy on next generation of analytics capabilities to be developed to maximize enterprise results.
• Proactively identify client needs and translate them into tailored analytics solutions that drive measurable value.
• Facilitates continuous and cross-communication across functional units and stakeholder groups, establishing relationships with collaborators at every organizational level
• Mentor junior team members to ensure effective ways of working and product delivery
Required Qualifications
• 10+ years of experience in product management, or analytics solution development in the healthcare data and analytics space.
• 8+ years of experience in delivering impactful analytics projects and solutions
• Deep understanding of existing landscape of data and analytics product offerings that support pharmaceutical and life sciences space
• Experience in using pharma industry data products e.g. IQVIA, Symphony health, to generate insights and recommendations.
• Excellent presentation skills with ability to communicate complex concepts through visuals.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage multiple stakeholders, and influence executive leadership decision-making processes.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, unstructured problem solving and strategic thinking skills.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience working within or in partnership with large healthcare organizations.
• Experience with novel AI and Data Science capabilities
Education
Bachelor's Degree required. (Business Administration, Data Science, Business Analytics, Informatics)
Master's Degree preferred (MBA, Data Science, Business Analytics, Informatics)
Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
$144,200.00 - $288,400.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company’s equity award program.
