Job Description

Imagine360 is currently seeking a Finance Program Manager to join our finance team. The Imagine360 Finance Manager will support strategic decision making by providing financial insights, developing models, analyzing claims volume trends, conducting customer level variance analysis, and building automated reporting solutions that deliver clear, actionable insights.

Position Location: 100% remote

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Financial Planning & Analysis

  • Develop variance analyses, financial models, performance dashboards, and reporting frameworks that deliver actionable insights.
  • Analyze claims volume, utilization trends, and cost drivers to enhance forecasting accuracy and operational performance.
  • Build predictive models to identify patterns, anomalies, and financial impacts across key business drivers.
  • Partner cross‑functionally with operations, claims, and IT teams to ensure alignment and visibility into financial and operational metrics.
  • Support forecasting and budgeting activities through data analysis, model refinement, and insight development.

Data, Reporting & KPIs

  • Design automated dashboards and self‑service reporting tools using Tableau and Power BI.
  • Build complex datasets using SQL and develop Python automation to streamline processes, enhance data accuracy, and improve forecasting models.
  • Develop standardized reporting packages and KPI metrics to measure financial and operational performance.

Ad‑Hoc Analysis

  • Conduct deep‑dive analyses to support strategic initiatives, pricing decisions, and investment opportunities.
  • Provide insights into market trends and business performance drivers.
  • Respond to urgent analytical requests with clear, actionable findings.
  • Build flexible models and tools to enable rapid scenario analysis as needed.

Required Experience / Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, Data Analytics, or related field (MBA/CFA a plus)
  • 5+ years of experience in FP&A or related analytical finance roles
  • Strong understanding of the healthcare industry
  • Proficiency in SQL, Python, Tableau, Power BI, and advanced Excel (including PowerQuery/PowerPivot)
  • Exceptional analytical thinking, communication, and presentation skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment with high attention to detail and data accuracy

  • Detail oriented with a problem-solving attitude.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead successful implementations.
  • Ability to find creative solutions to technology challenges.
  • Strong ability to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing.
  • Ability to work with remote teams including working closely with business professionals as well as technical resources and acting as a bridge between the two groups including liaison with trading partners.
  • Possess excellent organizational, time management and follow-up skills.
  • Demonstrates ability to work independently, take initiative and be self-motivated.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to make effective and accurate decisions under pressure and work in fast paced environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to treat confidential information with discretion.
  • Knowledge of healthcare industry.
