Real Estate Transactional Attorney (Per Diem)

We are a respected company located on the Upper East Side of Manhattan, seeking a Real Estate Transactional Attorney to join our team on a per diem basis. This is a great opportunity for a skilled attorney looking for flexible, project-based work with a dynamic and growing firm.

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of real estate contracts, including purchase and sale agreements, leases, amendments, and closing documents
• Assist with due diligence for commercial and residential real estate transactions
• Coordinate with clients, lenders, and other professionals to ensure smooth closings
• Provide clear legal guidance on transactional matters, including risk assessment and compliance
• Keep abreast of local, state, and federal real estate laws and regulations affecting transactions

Qualifications:

• JD from an accredited law school with an active New York Bar membership
• Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in real estate transactional law
• Strong understanding of commercial and residential real estate transactions
• Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple matters, and meet deadlines efficiently
• Detail-oriented, organized, and professional in client interactions
