Job Requirements
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a relevant filed, such as medical record retrieval, call center operations, customer service, collections, or a related area.
- Ability to learn and understand the litigation process including documentary evidence
- Strong work ethic and goal oriented.
- Excellent written and oral communication abilities
- Extraordinary attention to detail
- Acute research abilities and deductive reasoning.
- Must be able to work in a team and a fast paced environment.
- Proficient in MS Office software and saving/manipulating PDFs (opening, editing, combining) (Adobe, Nitro, internet, general windows tasks).
