Job Requirements
- 10–15 years of dedicated payroll experience, with a strong background in global environments.
- Deep experience managing large-scale hourly/non-exempt workforces (Customer Service, Warehouse) and complex time-keeping requirements.
- Experience with equity programs and the tax consequences associated with secondary sales or tender offers.
- Deep expertise in US Payroll complemented by experience in international markets (India, China, Europe, Latam).
- Advanced proficiency in Workday, ADP, or Rippling.
- A collaborative, service-oriented mindset with the ability to act as a highly responsive partner to internal stakeholders.
