The SAP Security Analyst III will provide independent support in the area of security for Toro’s global SAP operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate critical thinking skills, the ability to innovate, and agility in executing on multiple, complex initiatives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
What Will You Do?
In order to grow and build a successful career with The Toro Company, you will be responsible for:
Performs security administration of SAP;
Designs and builds security authorizations;
Ensures compliance to security policies and procedures; and resolves access problems and security incidents.
Ability to manage multiple & complex security projects and apply expert knowledge of business and technical processes.
Works with business representatives and applies business expertise to refine business requirements.
Participates in the IT SAP portion of SOX Audit and SAP Security Breach Analysis;
Conducts analysis & determine remediation plans & implement/monitor.
Supports license compliance and reporting.
Demonstrates an understanding of enterprise security best practices and procedures,
Access Control configuration and technical implementation experience.
Maintain current knowledge regarding security and compliance standards.
What Do You Need?
To be considered for this role, an individual should meet the following minimal requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Business Administration.
SAP Security Analyst II-Minimum of2-4 years security & risk, controls experience. At least 3 years of SAP security experience.
SAP Security Analyst III-Minimum of 5-7years security & risk, controls experience. At least 3 years of SAP security experience.
Expertise in large scale SAP implementations
Knowledge and experience in the following:
SAP Central User Administration
SAP Access Control Suite
NetWeaver
Basis Configuration
ITIL
SAP GRC
Role based enterprise identity management strategy and tool implementation
Directory services design and administration
Preferred experience:
Communications and Network Security concepts and tools a plus
Security Operations concepts and tools a plus
Software Development Security a plus

Competitive Salary – The pay range takes into account skills, experience, education, and location. It is not common to be hired at or near the top of the range; compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the annual pay range is between $84300 - $121000. Cash compensation is one piece of our competitive total rewards package. You may be eligible to participate in an incentive program, which rewards employees based on individual and organizational performance.
