The administrator will provide application administration and technical support for Government Off-The-Shelf (GOTS) and Commercial Off-The-Shelf (COTS) applications supporting the Defense Travel Management Office (DTMO). This includes installing, testing, deploying, configuring, debugging, updating, and patching enterprise applications across Windows, Linux, and Unix environments.

The developer will provide application development and sustainment support for systems used by the Defense Travel Management Office (DTMO) utilizing a DevSecOps approach aligned with RMF and NIST guidance. This includes developing, maintaining, and modernizing custom applications while sustaining Government Off-The-Shelf (GOTS) applications.
The role involves providing application development, integration, and maintenance support for DocuSign CLM implementation within the DEDSO environment, including formulating specifications to integrate its functionality with existing business processes. Responsibilities also include designing, coding, testing, and documenting solutions while developing strategic use cases and training materials for effective adoption.
