  • Coordinate industry conferences and events in partnership with marketing, including prospect targeting, meeting scheduling, pre-event outreach, post-event follow-up, and pipeline tracking
  • Lead cross-functional project management for key go-to-market initiatives, coordinating across sales, marketing, and leadership to keep priorities on track, ensure clear ownership and follow-through, and drive timely execution against revenue goals.

  • Demonstrated ability to leverage multiple sources to map complex enterprise organizations and support account-based sales strategies targeting financial institutions.
  • Experience preparing for industry conferences and events, including prospect identification, meeting scheduling, and post-event pipeline tracking.
  • Proven project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional initiatives across sales, marketing and executive leadership
